Facility Environment
- Support installation of security systems by facility
- Support installation of internet optical cable for move-in companies
- Improve access roads for smooth access of cargo trucks
Expertise in Business Support
- Provide the SBC policy fund and credit fund
- Support the attraction of public fund for investment
- Provide consulting service necessary for business management (tax accounting, IPO, market research, legal advice, etc.)
- Provide SME fostering fund
- Intermediate support in conjunction with technological development and start-up fund of the SBC
Conditions for Move-in
- Target Move-in: Promising small and medium venture companies with less than 7 years since start-up (companies graduated or expected to graduate from business incubation centers are preferred)
- Period: New companies entering Dream Park can stay up to 5 years
- Cost: Monthly incubation fee according to the business incubation center (KRW 9,000-13,000/pyeong); 10 month incubation fees are paid as a deposit; electricity (common and individual); heating and air conditioning, and phone are charged separately
- Ineligible Companies: Companies generating noise, vibration and/or waste water; and companies under sanction as delinquent traders by financial traders
